2025 by the Numbers – Our Year in Review

In 2025, the Solidarity HealthShare community continued to demonstrate what healthcare can look like when Members support one another with intention and care. From sharing medical expenses and advocating for fair pricing to expanding care coordination, telehealth services, and provider partnerships, your participation made a measurable difference across every part of our ministry. The highlights below reflect the impact of our Members and the ways your commitment supported an integrated, Catholic approach to healthcare throughout the year.

Your Contributions are Making a Difference

  • You shared a total of $15,568,040 in eligible medical expenses.
  • $46,564,795 in total bill charges were discounted by 63% through our Reference Based Pricing method, for a total savings of $29,500,236.
  • You paid $3,285,175 towards your Annual Unshared Amounts.

Advocating for Fair Pricing

  • Our Reference Based Pricing method resulted in less than 1% of the bills that we received getting pushback from providers on pricing.
  • Of the balance bills that we did receive, our Balance Bill Advocacy program resulted in a savings of 58% off of the overbilled charges.
  • 49,875 bills were received and repriced by our team in 2025.

Care Coordination

  • Our Care Coordination team helped Members with 707 cases that needed hands-on advocacy.
  • Our Maternity Care Coordination team helped us welcome 203 new babies into the Solidarity community in 2025.
  • During 2025, our Care Coordination team continued to utilize a wider range of service areas. That team helped 287 Members schedule surgeries and advocated for them throughout the whole process.
  • Our Pastoral Care Coordination program continued to help 87 Members who were going through very hard times physically, emotionally, or spiritually.

Healthcare Going Digital

  • You completed a total of 735 telehealth consults with DialCare.
  • 98% of consultations resulted in a prescription.

Caring for Our Community

  • Our Service Experience Operations (SXO) team took 58,870 inbound and outbound calls in 2025, helping you navigate through a complicated healthcare system.
  • You messaged us 1,159 times on the CareStream in your Member Care Portal.
  • You shared 230 prayer requests with the other Members in your Member Care Portal.
  • We offered 8 masses at the chapel in our office for our Members and their intentions in 2025.

Growing Your Options

  • Our Provider Relations team established agreements with 133 providers to become Preferred Providers, totaling 1,726 new service locations.
  • We established Preferred Provider agreements with Concerta Urgent Care, Assist Health, and Athletico PT, providing our Members with an expanded network of care for the health needs of them and their loved ones.
  • This growth will allow Members to have a much smoother billing experience with those providers. Check out our Care Navigation service to find some in your area!

Saving on Medications

  • You had 9,654 prescriptions filled.
  • The average fill cost was $44 after discounts.
  • You were able to achieve savings of 89.0% on average, totaling over $2 million! (Combined brand and generic numbers)
