Sharing Guidelines
Solidarity LEGACY is an individual healthcare sharing program designed as a complement to traditional Medicare coverage specifically for individuals aged 65 and older who are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B.

ATTENTION: This program is not an insurance company nor is it offered through an insurance company. This program does not guarantee or promise that your medical bills will be paid or assigned to others for payment. Whether anyone chooses to pay your medical bills will be totally voluntary. As such, this program should never be considered as a substitute for an insurance policy. Whether you receive any payments for medical expenses and whether or not this program continues to operate, you are always liable for any unpaid bills.

Solidarity LEGACY
Healthcare Services for which Medical Expenses are Eligible for Sharing.
All member sharing is secondary to other sources of medical payment including Medicare coverage.
Out-of-pocket co-insurance for Medicare B covered services are eligible for sharing.
Pre-Existing Condition limitations do not apply.
Telehealth with DialCare Telemedicine through the Solidarity Care CardSM program is eligible for Sharing. DialCare Telemedicine means a Telehealth service offered by Careington International Corporation. Melita is not affiliated with Careington International Corporation. Additional Services available to add with the Solidarity LEGACY Program Membership
Solidarity Care Card.SM A discount program, offered by Careington International Corporation, that is available to Members. Solidarity LEGACY Program members can have access to discounts on eye care and dental care. The Solidarity Care CardSM is not an insurance program. Melita is not affiliated with Careington International Corporation. Information on the Solidarity Care CardSM is available at www.solidaritycarecard.com.
$0 Co-Share Generic Meds. Prescription drugs are eligible for Sharing through Misio Health with $0 Co-Share for retail prescription drugs based on the current formulary. It provides Member access to certain retail prescription drugs. Solidarity HealthShare Generic Medication Sharing is not an insurance program and Melita is not affiliated with Misio Health.
