What is the Knowledge Center?
It can be difficult for families to get used to a healthcare program that’s different from the norm in America. We get all sorts of questions from our Members that range from simple things to very complex topics. “What is Solidarity HealthShare, and how does it work?” “How do I submit a medical need?” “Where can I go to receive medical care?” All these and many more questions are answered in the Solidarity Knowledge Center.
The Knowledge Center makes it possible to access the forms and information necessary for our Members to manage their healthcare. Designed with convenience in mind, its user-friendly interface gives you access to important Membership information and answers to your questions.
Membership Forms
In the Knowledge Center you can even find digitized forms to help you manage your Membership. For instance, in the Membership Forms section, you will find our Add a Member Form, our Pre-Notification Form, and our Provider Nomination Form, to name a few. Would you rather submit your New Member Forms digitally instead of filling them out and mailing them back to us? You can find those forms in the Knowledge Center as well! We have added a handful of forms recently that Members use the most often, and we are always adding more.
You can also find information about what treatments are eligible for Sharing. Just type your question in the search bar. If there is a question in there that is similar to what you typed, it will suggest it to you. This can be extremely helpful with finding instant answers to the most common questions we encounter. You can also find downloadable educational content and video tutorials.
What if My Question isn’t in the Knowledge Center?
We are always expanding the resources available to you! If you have a question that you can’t find the answer to in the Knowledge Center, please fill out our Knowledge Center Question Form. We want to know the questions that our Members are wondering about, so we can continue to improve these resources and help you direct your healthcare with confidence. In the meantime, our Member Care team is available to help Monday through Friday at 844-313-4999 option 1. They know the program through and through, and are happy to provide answers to any questions that you might have.
