I am excited to announce a significant enhancement to our Member Care Portal, designed to provide you with an even better experience. At Solidarity, we are committed to delivering an excellent Member experience. Accordingly, our latest update aims to give you increased visibility into the journey of your medical needs. Until now, we understand that it has sometimes been challenging for Members to track the progress of the medical needs they have submitted. After listening to your valuable feedback, we have developed a new and enhanced bill submission wizard.

Enhanced Bill Submission Wizard

You will now have a comprehensive view of your medical needs as they pass through the different stages of processing and sharing. We have introduced a new “Submitted” tab within the Medical Bills section of the portal. This tab will display all your Member-submitted needs, ensuring you have complete visibility of your requests. Once the bill is in our system and processing, it will be assigned a bill number and seamlessly moved to the “Processing” tab.

Please Note: This will only apply to Member submitted bills. Provider submitted bills will still appear in the “Received” tab once they are in our system, as they currently do.

We have also implemented more frequent and specific medical need communications through our ShareStream. This will ensure that you are promptly informed about any changes in the status of your medical needs, keeping you up to date and informed every step of the way.
