We are excited to announce that Solidarity HealthShare will be implementing a new pricing structure which expands and upgrades our sharable healthcare services.
The improvements enabled by these pricing changes will expedite the sharing of medical bills among Members, better absorb spikes in medical needs submissions, and allow us to more quickly process your medical bills. These price structure changes will strengthen Solidarity’s commitment to be among the nation’s most efficient, effective and fiscally sound healthcare sharing ministries.
How does this impact your new Member application?
Since you submitted a new Member application with a requested effective date before November 1, 2021, we need you to make an important choice on which new program you would like to select.
Here is some important information you need to know before making your choice:
- Once your Member Application is approved, the program level you requested (Premier, Plus, or Primary) is active until October 31, 2021.
- The current Plus and Primary programs will be discontinued as of November 1, 2021.
- You must select either a Solidarity ONE program or the Legacy Premier program effective November 1, 2021.
- If you choose a Solidarity ONE program, your effective date will change to November 1, 2021, and your Annual Unshared Amount will reset on that date.
- If you choose the Legacy Premier program, your effective date will stay the same as your original requested effective date, and your Annual Unshared Amount will not change or reset.
- Please make your new program selection by September 30, 2021.

Introducing Solidarity ONE
Solidarity ONE offers Members access to more sharable services at a competitive price. Here are some key features of this new program:
- Monthly Contributions are 21% less expensive, on average, than the Legacy Premier price structure.
- Solidarity ONE offers expanded Monthly Contribution options which allow Members to decide what fits their needs and gives them greater flexibility to meet any budget.
- Solidarity HealthShare is excited to announce that it has now expanded its features to include comprehensive sharing for prescription medications. All Members of the Solidarity ONE program will now be able to share their prescription medications as sharable medical expenses, even if they are for maintenance or pre-existing conditions.
- Introducing our new senior discount allowing Members with Medicare A and B to use Solidarity ONE as a complement to Medicare.
- Seniors will have access to our comprehensive sharable healthcare services including integrative care, physical therapy, mental health, along with sharing in their Medicare co-pays and deductibles.
- Solidarity HealthShare Members will now have unlimited sharable visits to a mental health professional.
In addition to the new features of Solidarity ONE, here is what else you can expect when choosing this new program:
- A new program year Effective Date – November 1, 2021 if selection is made by September 30, 2021
- An Annual Unshared Amount reset
- Same Member ID on a new Member ID card
- An additional account fee of $10 for credit card or check payment of the Monthly Contribution (Learn More about this account fee)

Information About Legacy Premier
The Legacy Premier program mirrors the existing Premier program and is only available to current Solidarity Members.
Please Note: The current Plus and Primary programs will be discontinued as of November 1, 2021. Any Members currently using these Membership levels must either choose the Legacy Premier program or switch to the new Solidarity ONE program.
If you choose not to join Solidarity ONE, or do not indicate your program preference before September 30, 2021, your Membership will automatically switch to the Legacy Premier program.
Here is what current Members can expect when choosing the Legacy Premier program:
- An increase in the Monthly Contribution amount
- The same Effective Date
- Fulfilled Annual Unshared Amount will not reset, and the Annual Unshared Amount will stay the same
- Same Member ID but new Member ID card
- A new prescription drug discount feature
- An additional account fee of $10 for credit card or check payment of the Monthly Contribution (Learn More about this account fee)

Solidarity ONE is a new pricing structure that Solidarity HealthShare is launching to replace the previous sharing options. Solidarity ONE offers a variety of pricing options to make choosing the right sharing level simple and affordable.
Solidarity ONE offers more sharable services at a competitive price. We believe this change was necessary to fulfill our commitment to good stewardship.
We hope that after learning about the Solidarity ONE price structure, every Solidarity HealthShare Member will make the switch.
Beginning September 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021, all current Members need to select from either Legacy Premier or Solidarity ONE, our brand new program option. These programs will take effect November 1, 2021.
If you choose not to join Solidarity ONE, or do not indicate your program preference before September 30, 2021, you will be automatically switched into the Legacy Premier program.
Yes! Under Solidarity ONE, Members will share in unlimited sharable visits to a mental health professional. Solidarity cares about the isolation and other hardships Members experienced during the COVID pandemic. That’s why we’re upgrading to include mental health counseling, drug addiction counseling and other services.
Solidarity HealthShare is excited to announce that it has now expanded its features to include comprehensive sharing for prescription medications. All Members of the Solidarity ONE program will now be able to share their prescription medications as sharable medical expenses, even if they are for maintenance or pre-existing conditions.

Due to the increasing costs of healthcare across the nation, the Monthly Contribution amount is increasing to meet the growing medical sharing needs of the Solidarity Community. (See the Sharing Guidelines for more information)
Even with the increase, our sharable healthcare items remain some of the most comprehensive in the healthcare sharing industry. These changes will allow Solidarity to remain among the nation’s most efficient, effective, and fiscally sound healthcare sharing ministries.
Members that choose to switch to a Solidarity ONE program will have their Annual Unshared Amount reset to $0.00 effective November 1, 2021. Any medical need with a date of service on or after November 1, 2021 may be subject to the new Annual Unshared Amount of the new program.
Members that choose to continue on with the Legacy Premier program will not have their Annual Unshared Amount reset.
