The bill is co-sponsored by Sens. Roger Marshall, (R-KS) and John Hickenlooper (D-CO) and would require hospitals to provide clear pricing on their services well in advance of patient appointments and billing.
Below is Solidarity HealthShare’s sharing report for the month of June 2025. From June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 inclusive, Solidarity HealthShare received $2,753,778.64 in eligible medical needs on behalf of our Members, which was re-priced and shared at $944,352.33.
