Some aspect of the Medical Questionnaire you completed during the application process caused a review by our Health and Wellness department and revealed a condition particularly suited to health coaching. Based on your answers, in order to confirm your membership as a Sharing Member, you are required to participate in Solidarity Well as a condition of membership. Our Health and Wellness department will contact you.
